Recipe Healthy Banana and Peanut Butter Cookies

Resep Healthy Banana and Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients :

  • 2 Medium Bananas
  • 130 g Peanut Butter
  • 70 g Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 165 g Plain Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 40 g Chocolate Chips/Raisins (Optional)

Method :
  1. In a small bowl start mashing the bananas using a fork or a potato masher.
  2. In a medium bowl stir the banana with the peanut butter and mix very well until blended.
  3. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract and mix.
  4. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and cinnamon
  5. Sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix very well until it forms a very soft dough.
  6. Leave to chill in the fridge for about 1 hour or 15-20 mins in the freezer (if you are in a hurry)
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 C degrees
  8. Prepare a baking tray by either greasing it with butter or lining it with baking paper.
  9. Place the cookies into the tray and bake for about 10-12 mins
  10. When done, leave in the tray to cool completely and ready to eat.
  11. Serve and Enjoy with the Family!!! :)
