Ingredients :
- 1/2 kg chicken wings
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup tomato sauce (ketchup)
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 4 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Method :
- In a bowl mix the dry spices together. To the mixture add ginger, garlic and the vegetable oil. Use the mixture to marinate the wings.
- Coat the chicken with all purpose flour and deep fry them for at least 10 minutes on medium heat. Take them out of the oil and set them aside
- In a pot add the cup of tomato sauce, add the brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and the hot sauce together cook the mixture till it thickens which will take nearly 10- 15 minutes.
- Place the coated wings on a baking paper and into your oven for 5- 7 minutes and your wings will be ready. You can serve it with rice or fries . Enjoy your meal
- Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Take the chicken and deep it in the sauce shake it well to remove the extra sauce. Repeat that process to all the wings
