Ingredients :
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- to taste Black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
Method :
- Prep pan on medium heat with 1 tablespoon butter and about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Place fillet (skin side down) in pan.
- Season with salt, add fresh ground peppercorns.
- Cook on one side until half-cooked through, flip when ready
- Season otherside same way and let cook until done on otherside
