Ingredients :
- tomatoes
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 cup grated onions
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- 1 tsp arrowroot powder
- 1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- topping
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Method :
- Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit
- Mix the salt, arrowroot powder, cheddar cheese, basil, onions, tomatoes, pepper flakes, and garlic. Spray an oven safe dish with nonstick spray. And put tomato mixture in the dish.
- Mix the coconut flour, margarine, and parmesan cheese. Spread on top of tomatoes.
- Take the fresh ground pepper sprinkle over the top.
- Bake in oven 45 minutes. Stir well. Let sit 10 minutes serve. Hope you enjoy!
