Ingredients :
- 1 lb italian sausage, browned/drained
- 1 small jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes (onion basil)
- 6 green peppers
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Method :
- Boil stock pot of water. Add cleaned peppers (no top or seeds). Boil until starting to get soft.
- Heat oven to 375. Take baking dish and spray with cooking spray.
- Add peppers to dish sitting hole side up. Fill with above ingredients (mixed together in a bowl with 1.5 cups of cheese). Top with remainder of cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
