Ingredients :
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 2 can diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 can black beans undrained
- 1 can chopped green chilles
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 packages jenny o chilli mix
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 can corn drained
Method :
- Brown ground beef and drain
- Add chopped onion and chilli mix
- Stir well and add remaining ingredients
- Cover and let simmer 20 minutes
- Serve with crackers or white rice. Garnish with cheddar and sour cream
