Ingredients :
- 200 g chicken
- 1 Tbsp vineger
- 1 tsp soy sauce *
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice *
- 1 tsp mayonnaise *
- 1 tsp miso *
- dried parsley
Method :
- Chop the chicken into small pieces, put into a microwaveable container and pour on the vinegar. Cook on 600W power for about 3 minutes with the lid on (adjust cooking times according to the power of your microwave, but always ensure the chicken is cooked thoroughly)
- While the chicken is cooking, make the mayo-miso sauce. Mix all the * ingredients well.
- Once the chicken had cooked, pour the sauce on the chicken and mix all well, then heat for another minute in the microwave.
- Once done, the chicken is best served with steamed vegetables of your choice such as tomatoes, potatoes, or green vegetables.
