Ingredients :
- 12 each jalapeño
- 1/2 each red onion
- 6 each garlic cloves
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
Method :
- Prep the vegetables. Slice the onion. Mince the garlic. Slice the jalapeño, remove the seeds.
- Place into hot (medium heat) oiled pan. Stir until the vegetables soften.
- Add the water. Let cook until water is almost gone (about 20 minutes)
- Let the vegetables cool to room temperature.
- Place mixture into a blender. Add vinegar. Blend.
- Pour over a fine sieve.
- Let the sauce age for a week before using.
