Ingredients :
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2-3 cups milk
- 1 container greek yogurt
- 3 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 100 g granola
- 1 tsp honey
Method :
- For the quinoa: add 2-3 cups milk and 1 cup of quinoa into a pot and cook in slow fire for about 20 mins. I used milked to boil the quinoa as i am using it for breakfast recipe with yogurt and i think it tastes better.
- Add the yogurt into a bowl, cut the banana and strawberries and put them inside, also the quinoa as much as you want, i used 3 tbsp and on top 1 tsp of honey, and granola. Yummiest & healthier breakfast !
