Recipe Sautéed Collard Greens, Brussel Sprouts and Corn

Resep Sautéed Collard Greens, Brussel Sprouts and Corn

Ingredients :

  • 3 large collard leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ear corn or on bag frozen corn
  • 2 scallions
  • 4-6 Brussel sprouts
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp white wine
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp bacon fat
  • 1 spring cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons stewed tomatoes in chili seasoning as garnish

Method :
  1. Sauté collards and sprouts until withered. Add corn, onion and bacon fat, seasonings, garlic and cilantro and then stir fry.
  2. Sauté until tender add garnish and serve
