Ingredients :
- 3 large collard leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ear corn or on bag frozen corn
- 2 scallions
- 4-6 Brussel sprouts
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp white wine
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp bacon fat
- 1 spring cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons stewed tomatoes in chili seasoning as garnish
Method :
- Sauté collards and sprouts until withered. Add corn, onion and bacon fat, seasonings, garlic and cilantro and then stir fry.
- Sauté until tender add garnish and serve
