Ingredients :
- 1 Pound red potatoes (quartered)
- 1 pound whole carrots
- 6 bone in chicken thighs 3 boneless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- Place above ingredients into crock pot, in a separate bowl mix the following ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup soy sauce
- 1/2 Cup honey
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 8 Cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 pound fresh whole green beans
Method :
- Place potatoes, carrots, chicken, salt & pepper into crock pot
- In a separate bowl mix next 6 ingredients and pour over chicken and vegetables
- Cook on high for 4 hours
- Place green beans on top and cook 30 additional minutes
