
Ingredients :
- 3 large English cucumbers
- 1 medium Vidalia onion
- 1 small Orange Bell pepper
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp celery seed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
Method :
- Thinly sliced the cucumber, onion, and bell pepper. Combine in bowl.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over the cucumber mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
