Ingredients :
- 16 oz Chopped Spinach
- 3 cup Whole Milk
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 3/4 cup Grated Romano Cheese
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Method :
- Melt butter.
- Mix in flour.
- Stir in milk.
- Stir in chopped spinach.
- Add nutmeg, pepper and Romano.
- Simmer until desired consistency reached.
