Ingredients :
- 250 grams Skinless Boneless Chicken Cubes
- 4 tbsp Oats
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Salt
- 1 Olive Oil for Shallow Frying
Method :
- In a bowl, add chicken, salt, black pepper and chaat masala. Marinate it for 15 minutes.
- In a deep dish add oats with a little salt to season. And in a frying pan add olive oil and let it heat up
- After the oil is heated nicely, coat the chicken in oats and fry. Cook till there is a nice color on the chicken and it"s completely cooked.
