Ingredients :
- 1 zucchini sliced diagnally
- 1 carrot sliced diagnally
- 2 c. long beans cut in half
- 1 c. leftover fried tofu
- 2 tbs vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- pinch ground pepper
- 1 c. walnuts
Method :
- In frying pan, add little oil and beans first, fry medium heat 5 min. Then add sliced carrots and zucchini, fried tofu, and walnuts, fry another 5 min.
- Add veg. Oyster sauce, soy sauce, ground pepper and stir to coat for another minute.
