Ingredients :
- 2 1/4 cups AP flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 bag chocolate chips of choice approx 12 ounces
Method :
- Combine flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside
- Beat the rest of the ingredients until creamy smooth
- Add flour mixture to butter cream blending until a smooth dough forms
- Add the chocolate chips into mixture
- Drop cookie dough mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet using a teaspoon or spatula
- Cook in a preheated oven @ 375° for approx: 10 to 12 minutes
