Ingredients :
- 1 each Ham, bone in

Method :
- Cut your diamonds. Hard to see in the pic...
- Cover the top with toothpicked aluminum foil.
- Set on 350 F, that"s about 177 C, and let it rip for 20 minutes
- Remove the foil and do it again for 25 minutes but with the heat turned down to 300 F, about 150 C. Can start seeing your diamonds now.
- Turn the heat down to 250F, about 120C, coat with the glaze and go for 2 hours. Reglaze as needed. I glaze it every 20 minutes. After the first hour cover it again with the foil cap for the remainder of the cook time. Yep, looking like a ham!
