Ingredients :
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate powder
- 1-1/2 cup cake flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar (i used apple cider)
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Method :
- Whisk well the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Make 3 holes, each for warm water, oil and vanilla extract. Then whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Grease an 18 cm tin pan and pour the batter in. Then steam it with medium to low heat for 30 minutes.
- After it is done, set aside to cool. Then run a knife on the sides of the pan and flip the cake out. Enjoy :)
