Ingredients :
- 8 russet potatoes
- 1 lb precooked cubed ham
- 2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Ranch seasoning packet
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 cup milk
Method :
- Coat the inside of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Peel and slice the potatoes. (About 1/4 inch slices)
- Combine the soup, milk, Ranch packet, seasonings, and 2 cups of the cheese is a bowl.
- Put a small amount of the soup/cheese mixture at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Next put a layer of potatoes followed by a layer of ham, then some of the soup mixture, then some of the remaining Shredded cheese.
- Repeat step 5 until you have used all the ingredients making the last layer Shredded cheese. (I did 4 layers)
- Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
