Ingredients :
- 1 large Brown plantain
- 1/2 stick Unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Sweet white wine
- Salt
Method :
- Cut plantains into small easy to fry pieces
- Heat pan with butter
- Place plantains In pan let cook till brown on each side
- Add wine to pan cook on each side for one minute
- Add salt
- Place on plate and enjoy
