Ingredients :
- 1 handful Spring salad mix
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 3-4 slices red onion
- 1 carrot or few baby carrots
- 1 handful croutons
- 1 handful nuts (almonds, walnuts or pecans)
- 1-2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
- 1 boiled egg
Method :
- Put all the ingredients together just before you are ready to eat
