Ingredients :
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 6-8 Chicken Wings
- 6 Beef Bones
- 2 Medium Onions Diced
- 1 bag Baby Carrots
- 3 Stalks Celery Chopped
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1-2 Chicken Bullion Cubes
- 1-2 Beef Bullion Cubes
- to Taste Salt & Pepper
- Parsley to Finish
Method :
- Clean all the chicken & beef. Put it in a tall pot & fill 1/2 way with water. Put in all the the other ingredients & bring to a boil. Add extra water or stock as needed to fill the pot.
- Skim the fat that floats to the top. Stir occasionally & season as needed. I let the soup simmer for at least 3-4 hrs or untill the carrots are done. I sometimes will add some boxed beef broth for extra flavor.
