Ingredients :
- 375 g minced chicken
- 3/4 cup fresh white breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup shelled chopped pistachio nuts
- 1 egg likely beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Half teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Lemon wedges to serve
Method :
- Place chicken, breadcrumbs, pistachios, egg and spices into a bowl and stir well to combine
- Heat the oil in a heavy-based pan and cook the ball was in batches over medium-high heat turning until well browned on all sides. Drain well on absorbent paper.
- Serve with lemon wedges as finger food or with a green salad as a light entree
