Recipe Miso Burger with Soy Sauce and Ginger

Resep Miso Burger with Soy Sauce and Ginger

Ingredients :

  • 300 g Ground beef
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Miso
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Olive oil, just a drop
  • 4 Burger buns

Method :
  1. Gather your ingredients. grate the ginger and slice your onion into thin strips
  2. add the miso, soy sauce and ginger to the ground beef and gently hand-mix
  3. form the beef into 4 patties
  4. then add to a pre-heated pan on a medium to high heat. I tend to add a drop of olive oil, but not necessary
  5. watch carefully, they will only take a couple of minutes. once you see the beef cooked half way as shown here, carefully flip your burgers
  6. and add the onion to cook down in the beefy juices
  7. let the burgers rest for a couple of minutes, then serve up on a delicious bun and top with the grilled onions
