Ingredients :
- 300 g Ground beef
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tsp Salt
- Olive oil, just a drop
- 4 Burger buns
Method :
- Gather your ingredients. grate the ginger and slice your onion into thin strips
- add the miso, soy sauce and ginger to the ground beef and gently hand-mix
- form the beef into 4 patties
- then add to a pre-heated pan on a medium to high heat. I tend to add a drop of olive oil, but not necessary
- watch carefully, they will only take a couple of minutes. once you see the beef cooked half way as shown here, carefully flip your burgers
- and add the onion to cook down in the beefy juices
- let the burgers rest for a couple of minutes, then serve up on a delicious bun and top with the grilled onions
