Ingredients :
- 3 cups white all-purpose flour, unsifted
- 3 Tbsp white granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp buttermilk powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs, beaten with a fork
Method :
- Stir all dry ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until blended. Using a large spoon or ladle, scoop about 1-3/4 to 2 cups batter into the waffle maker, spreading the batter with a silicone spatula. Close lid and bake to your desired crispness.
- Leftovers can be frozen and reheated in a toaster.
