Ingredients :
- 20 g dried small sardines
- 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp mirin
- 2/3 Tbsp sugar
Method :
- Roast the sardines at low heat. Cool them down on a plate.
- Prepare the sauce. Put the soy sauce, mirin and sugar in a pan and boil for a while. Add the sardines and mix with the sauce. Keep heating until the get sticky.
- Spread them on a plate to cool down.
