Recipe Tazukuri: Caramelized Sardine

Resep Tazukuri: Caramelized Sardine

Ingredients :

  • 20 g dried small sardines
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp mirin
  • 2/3 Tbsp sugar

Method :
  1. Roast the sardines at low heat. Cool them down on a plate.
  2. Prepare the sauce. Put the soy sauce, mirin and sugar in a pan and boil for a while. Add the sardines and mix with the sauce. Keep heating until the get sticky.
  3. Spread them on a plate to cool down.
