Ingredients :
- 2 onions
- 1 tomato
- 200 g Peas (as much as you want)
- Stock (veg or chicken)
- to taste salt
- oil
Method :
- Dice the 2 onions and the tomato, put them in the saucepan with a bit of oil, cook them a few minutes but you dont want them burned, so SLOW COOK
- Once the onions and tomato are soft and ready add the peas, mix everything well.
- Additional step, serve with boiled eggs.
