Ingredients :
- 3 lb pork bottom cushion
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp dehydrated onions
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
Method :
- Cross cut the pork. Put in a pot. Add margarine over the top of pork
- Add seasoned salt, sage, and dehydrated onions.
- Put into oven covered 325° Fahrenheit, don"t preheat.
- Roast for 3 hours. Let sit 10 minutes. Then hand shred and let sit in its own juices.
