Recipe Morning Gym Shake

Resep Morning Gym Shake

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams low fat quark: curd or cottage cheese...doesn't translate well (12.1g protein over 100g)
  • 1 bunch dates
  • 1 apple
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 cup oatmeal (11g protein over 100g)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 mineral water

Method :
  1. Oh no the gym police is on the way...I used fatty milk :S
  2. Add oatmeal, fruits and milk to the blender.
  3. Blend. Then add quark. Lastly, add water for a runny consistency
  4. It already is fairly sweet but you can always add maple syrup. "Song of the shake": Gargasimo by Truckfighters. Rock on!!!
