Ingredients :
- 250 grams low fat quark: curd or cottage cheese...doesn't translate well (12.1g protein over 100g)
- 1 bunch dates
- 1 apple
- 2 oranges
- 1 cup oatmeal (11g protein over 100g)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 mineral water
Method :
- Oh no the gym police is on the way...I used fatty milk :S
- Add oatmeal, fruits and milk to the blender.
- Blend. Then add quark. Lastly, add water for a runny consistency
- It already is fairly sweet but you can always add maple syrup. "Song of the shake": Gargasimo by Truckfighters. Rock on!!!
