Ingredients :
- 300 grams unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups flour (unbleached all purpose)
Method :
- Mix the water and salt and set aside
- Sift together the flour in the bowl of a food processor
- Cut up the butter into cubes and slowly add in while pulsing the mixture
- Add water to the mixture and pulse again about three times.
- Add the dough onto a floured board
- Roll the dough a couple of time and then refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge onto a powdered board and roll out again
- Now your dough is ready to be moulded and cooked
