Recipe Pan-fried Yellowtail with Lemon and Parsley

Resep Pan-fried Yellowtail with Lemon and Parsley

Ingredients :

  • 250 g young yellowtail or other white fish
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp minced parsely
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 tsp rock salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Method :
  1. Chop the parsely into small pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients into a plastic bag. Rub gently to mix everything in well, then let rest for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Put olive oil into a frying pan, add each piece of fish and lightly fry on medium heat. Once cooked on one side, turn to fry the other side. When cooked through, serve on a warmed plate and enjoy.
