Ingredients :
- 2 cans Salmon
- Pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 T. Almond Flour or Crushed Pork Rinds
- Pinch Onion Powder
- 2 T. Parmesan Cheese
- Pinch Pepper
Method :
- Drain and remove skins of salmon.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well. It should be thick enough to be able to form a patty. If not add a little more almond flour or pork rinds.
- Have a HOT skillet ready with about a quarter inch of vegetable oil. Form a hamburger sized patty and place in the hot oil, continue until the pan if full. Turn when golden brown on first side then remove when golden brown and crispy on both sides. Makes about 12 Patties
