Ingredients :
- 4 carrots
- 100 grams green olives
- 50 grams Indian nuts
- 50 grams chopped nuts
- 50 grams dried apricot
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- salt
Method :
- Peel and grate the carrots
- Cut the olives into small piecess
- Cut the dried appricot
- Cut the nuts
- Mix all of the ingridients and season with olive oil lemon juice and salt
- Enjoy in exotic and fresh meal
