Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 bags carrots, peeled and cut into fours
- 2 onions, cut into four
- 1 tomato, cut into four
- 1/2 bag celery, cut into fours
- 1 potato, cut into four
- 1 tbs shredded ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, cut into fours
- 3/4 stick salted butter
- 3/4 cup pastina
Method :
- bring broth to boil, and add all ingredients, reduce heat, let simmer- covered.
- I usually let mine simmer all day, but it should be fine as soon as 2 hours.
- use a food mill, to sieve through you vegetable fibers.
- boil pastina in soup for 8-10 minutes.
