Ingredients :
- 1 stick butter
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cups milk
- Filling
- 5 cups blueberries
- 2 cups cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Method :
- Wash hands
- First start on the filling get a small pot and put in 5 cups blueberries and 3 cups cranberries with 2 cups sugar then mix together and let the sugar dissolve and let the fruit get warm
- For your batter get a medium pot then add in 1 stick of butter, 4 cups all purpose flour, 5 cups sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cups milk then then mix together with a mixer and set aside
- Get a large glass casserolle dish then add in the fruit mixture, and the liquid batter
- Put in the oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour
- Once the cobbler is done get out your oven mitt and let the cobbler cool for 10 to 12 minutes
