Recipe sunshine's sausage and peppers

Ingredients :

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 packages Eckrich sausage ( sliced )
• 1 small yellow bell pepper (sliced)
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 small greea bell pepper chop
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp cumin
• 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic & herb
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 cup water

Method :

1. in a large saucepan, put oil ,on medium heat , c ook sliced sausage in oil for 3 minutes, while stirring,
2. add both bell peppers, onion cook another 3 minutes,and stir
3. in a bowl put the last 10 ingredients, stir ,well now pour ur soy liquid mixture on sausage stir well, now trun down heat to low, cook till liquid get a little thick, ....done enjoy.
