Ingredients :
- 1 lb Bacon of your choice
- 8 Bread
- 1 dash Mayo
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Lettuce
Method :
- Place strips of bacon on a slotted grease pan and bake in the oven on 350 for 25 minutes or until you think it"s crispy enough for u.
- Remove bacon from oven and place on a paper towel lined plate to dry off grease and continue to crisp
- Place another paper towel on top and press to help remove the grease
- Lightly toast your bread
- Apply a small amount of mayo or the amount of your liking
- Add a handful of lettuce
- Place 2 slices of tomato on top of lettuce
- Salt and pepper
- Place strips of bacon on top of tomato
- Add top slice of bread and enjoy! I served with A crock of French onion soup!
