
Ingredients :
- 3 lb bag potatoes of choice
- 1/2 Onion or more
- Butter infused Olive Oil
- to taste Seasonings of choice
Method :
- Rinse & peel potatoes. You can cut them into smaller slices if you prefer. Place inside of crock. Cut onion & place large slices inside crock filling in the holes.
- Season to taste. I usually add pepper & garlic powder. Drizzle a generous amount of Butter infused Olive Oil overtop. If you don"t have access to Butter infused Oil; regular Olive Oil will work but add a dash of Butter flavored seasonings.
- Cook on High 4-6 hours or Low 6-8 hours. If you"ve cut them into smaller pieces you"ll need to adjust your cooking time; as they won"t need to cook as long. Ensure potatoes are fully cooked before serving. I stir potatoes every so often to ensure they don"t stick to the side of the crock. Enjoy!
