Ingredients :
- 1 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom ground
- to taste freshly ground nutmeg
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/4 lemon juiced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- pinch salt
Method :
- mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- whisk together. wet ingredients in separate bowl
- gradually mix ingredients together until smooth.
- preheat cast iron pan on a low medium, add some coconut oil or EVOO,
- Ladle in a couple of pancakes at a time and get to it!
- make sure to top them off with some GOOD quality maple syrup.
