Ingredients :
- 4-5 cups fresh broccoli
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- 3 TBS extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 TSP red pepper flakes
- 1/4 TSP Black pepper
- 1 TSP sea salt or any other salt you like to use
Method :
- First rinse broccoli and cut into desired size and set aside mince garlic turn on pan on medium and put olive oil in pan add garlic and sauté until garlic is lightly brown about 2-3 minutes
- Add red pepper flakes and sauté for about a minute or 2 then add broccoli, salt and pepper and sauté everything together for and 2 minutes or so and then serve
