
Ingredients :
- 100 grams gluten free bread flour
- 150 ml coconut dream (alternative to milk)
- 1 egg
Method :
- Add the GFB flour, coconut dream and egg to a bowl and mix/whisk until evenly mixed.
- Add a small amount of oil to a frying pan and bring to heat.
- Add some of the mixture ( i use a ladel) to the frying pan and cook on the one side then flip/toss and cook on otherside until golden brown.
- Serve as desired. My family like these with maple syrup or sqeeze an orange onto the pancake and a sprinkle of sugar.
