Ingredients :
- 2 kg shrimp
- 2 cup butter
- 4 clove garlic - minced
- 2 medium ginger - minced
- salt and pepper
- 4 spring onion or parsley -chopped (garnish)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 piece pickles - chopped (optional if you dont have it's okey)
Method :
- Melt the butter in a pan /medium heat and add the galic.
- Add the ginger and cooked until the color turns light to golden brown.
- Put the shrimp and simmer. When the shrimp turned orange you can now put the pickles.
- Put the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the spring onion and let the liquid evaporate completly.
- Stir it and turn off the heat. Serve hot and enjoy! :)
