Ingredients :
- 1 cup chopped salami
- 1 (11 oz) can whole kernel sweet corn
- 1 (6 oz) can sliced olives
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 4 oz provolone cheese (cut into strips)
- 1 (9 oz) pkg frozen spinach
- 1 1/2 cups creamy Italian dressing
- 1 (16 oz) frozen uncooked cheese tortellini
- 1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Method :
- Cook tortellini as directed on package
- In very large bowl combine tortellini, salami, provolone, corn, spinach, artichoke, and half of the olives.
- In a small bowl combine dressing, mustard, and half of the parmesan cheese and blend well
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Top with remaining olives and cheese
- Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
