Ingredients :
- 6 oatcakes
- 50 g light margarine
- 200 g banana
- 125 g caramel yogurt
- 25 g whipped cream
Method :
- Melt the margarine in the microwave
- Mash the oatcakes and mix with the margarine, then spread into the bottom of a cake tin
- Leave the base to set in the freezer
- Slice the bananas then pour into base, then pour the caramel yogurt over the top and finish with whipped cream
