Ingredients :
- 2 loaves pita bread
- Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sumac
- 1 heart of lettuce, chopped
- 5 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cucumber, chopped
- 5 green onions (both white and green parts), chopped
- 3 radishes, stems removed, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves, stems removed
- 1 tsp ground sumac
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 lime, juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Method :
- Toast the pita bread in your toaster oven until it is crisp but not browned. Heat 3 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan.
