Ingredients :
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup (nut) butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Method :
- Preheat oven to 375°, grease two loaf pans
- Combine the flour, oats, salt, and baking powder in bowl
- Beat together the butter, sugar, oil, egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth
- Combine ingredients, chocolate chips, and nuts together, pour batter into prepared pans
- Bake for 25-30min, until golden brown
