Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
- 1 quart whole tomatoes
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies drained
- Cilantro
Method :
- Once chicken is cooked add cumin and chili powder. Cook for 2 minutes
- Stir in broth tomatoes and chilis. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with tortilla strips, cheese, cilantro and lime juice
