Ingredients :
- 2 1/2 Cups CarbQuik
- 6 oz. softened butter
- Ice cold water as needed ( Approximately 1/4 cup)
- Pinch salt
Method :
- Rub the butter into the Carbquik very quickly until a course crumb is reached.
- Mix together the ice water and salt and sprinkle it over the mixture gradually.
- Combine until a mass forms and gather dough into a smooth ball.
- Flatten dough 1 to 2 pieces, wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Pie dough will keep for 2-3 days in refrigerator.
