Recipe Low Carb Pie Crust

Ingredients :

  • 2 1/2 Cups CarbQuik
  • 6 oz. softened butter
  • Ice cold water as needed ( Approximately 1/4 cup)
  • Pinch salt

Method :
  1. Rub the butter into the Carbquik very quickly until a course crumb is reached.
  2. Mix together the ice water and salt and sprinkle it over the mixture gradually.
  3. Combine until a mass forms and gather dough into a smooth ball.
  4. Flatten dough 1 to 2 pieces, wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Pie dough will keep for 2-3 days in refrigerator.
