Ingredients :
- 2 fresh raw 6oz tuna steaks
- 1 tbsp tamari or soya sauce (low sodium)
- 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 3/4 cup cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Sesame seeds
- 6-8 whole wheat tortilla wrap
- Lime
- Salad recipe
- 1 English cucumber, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Left over lime juice from meal
- Cajun sauce
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp Cajun spice
Method :
- Marinate tuna in tamari with sesame seeds
- Salad
- Chop and mix ingredients. Serve with tacos
