Ingredients :
- 8 oz butter/margarine
- 8 oz caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz self raising flour
- 20 squares dark chocolate, melted
Method :
- Cream the butter and sugar together
- Whisk eggs in a separate bowl
- Measure flour out and alternately add in small amounts of egg and flour until all of the egg has gone
- Now sieve in the remaining flour and melted chocolate. Make sure it is well mixed in
- Put in the oven at 180c for 45 minutes
